Sessions

Face-to-Face Counselling:

Please allow up to 90 minutes (no extra cost) for your first session.

Sessions thereafter are 60 minutes.

24 hours notice is required for any cancellations. If cancellation is less than 24 hours, a charge of £20.00 will be required.

60 minute face-to-face, therapeutic session.

£45.00

Online Counselling:

Please allow up to 70 minutes (no extra cost) for your first session.

Sessions thereafter are 50 minutes. A mutually available online platform will be discussed in advance.

50 minute video, therapeutic session.

£40.00

Telephone Counselling:

Please allow up to 60 minutes (no extra cost) for your first session.

Sessions thereafter are 40 minutes.

40 minute telephone, therapeutic session.
